Shipping

Domestic - within NZ

We have a flat shipping rate of $8.50NZD throughout New Zealand.

Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed.

If you spend over $150NZD shipping is free within New Zealand.

We have a flat shipping rate of $15AUD throughout Australia.

Currently we offer shipping for New Zealand & Australia. If you would like to purchase from WILDhue and you live in another country, please email us at hello@wildhue.co.nz and we will get back to you with a shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you need to return an item, our policy allows you to do so within 14 days (including weekends) of receiving it. For more details on the returns process, please visit our RETURNS & EXCHANGES page.

Your order

You will receive an email with a tracking number from the courier. If you cant find this, please email us at hello@wildhue.co.nz

Please email us at hello@wildhue.co.nz with the correct address as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to update it before the item is shipped. If the item has already been sent, you'll need to contact the courier directly.

Our prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars by default. To view prices in a different currency, simply adjust the currency settings at the top of the website.
