What are shipping costs for New Zealand & Australia?
Domestic - within NZ
We have a flat shipping rate of $8.50NZD throughout New Zealand.
Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed.
If you spend over $150NZD shipping is free within New Zealand.
We have a flat shipping rate of $15AUD throughout Australia.

Do you offer shipping to other countries?
Currently we offer shipping for New Zealand & Australia. If you would like to purchase from WILDhue and you live in another country, please email us at hello@wildhue.co.nz and we will get back to you with a shipping cost.
What is the process for returning my order?

What is the time frame for returning my order?
If for any reason you need to return an item, our policy allows you to do so within 14 days (including weekends) of receiving it. For more details on the returns process, please visit our RETURNS & EXCHANGES page.

Can I return sale items?

I received the wrong item - what do I do?
If you received the wrong item, please email us immediately at hello@wildhue.co.nz so we can resolve the issue.
I received a faulty item - what do I do?
If your item is damaged or defective, please email us immediately at hello@wildhue.co.nz so we can resolve the issue.
I recently made a purchase. How can I track its status?
You will receive an email with a tracking number from the courier. If you cant find this, please email us at hello@wildhue.co.nz
I provided the wrong shipping address. How can I update it?
Please email us at hello@wildhue.co.nz with the correct address as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to update it before the item is shipped. If the item has already been sent, you'll need to contact the courier directly.
Can I amend my order?
Please email us at hello@wildhue.co.nz as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist with your order. If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our RETURNS & EXCHANGES process.
How do I apply my discount code?
Enter the discount code into the 'Discount Code or Gift Card' box at checkout.
Which currency are your prices displayed?
Our prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars by default. To view prices in a different currency, simply adjust the currency settings at the top of the website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay, PayPal & Afterpay.
