Returns & Exchanges Policy
At WILDhue, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, our policy allows you to do so within 14 days (including weekends) of receiving it.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item:
Is in the same condition as when you received it, is unworn or unused, includes all original tags, is in its original packaging, including any WILDhue branded bags & is not a final sale/clearance item.
If you wish to return an item (including items purchased with free shipping), the return shipping cost will be covered by the purchaser unless the item is deemed faulty. For refunds due to change of mind or size, both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the new item will be the purchaser's responsibility.
Submit a Return Request:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to this link Return process page, and then request a return.
Log in to your account. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order had more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note describing why you want to return it for the store. Click Submit request.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, please buy either a New Zealand, Australia or USA return label from the WILDhue website, at the bottom of this page.
We will then email you a return label. Please print out & stick this label to your package. After the product is returned & inspected, you may receive a refund if all returns criteria is met.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including: Sale items, final clearance items & gift cards.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return the original item following the process above, and make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
