International Deliveries:

For purchases outside of New Zealand, you may be required to pay duty taxes. Ensure you are aware of possible charges to release your goods.

Failure to collect your parcel due to not paying fees or incorrect address information will result in a return of your original order amount, less $60 NZD for processing and freight costs.

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If you refuse your parcel at customs due to fees, it will be destroyed and not refunded.

General Information:

Ensure your order is correct before paying. If you need to amend your order, email us at hello@wildhue.co.nz as soon as possible. If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our RETURNS & EXCHANGES process.

Double-check your shipping address. If your shipping address is incorrect, email us as soon as possible at hello@wildhue.co.nz.

If the item is already sent, contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

The dispatch confirmation will include a Track & Trace reference number for your package, which you can use to track your delivery via the link in your delivery confirmation email.

Delivery is considered complete when the products are delivered to the address you provided. You are responsible for the products once delivery is complete.

Ownership of the products transfers to you once we have received full payment, including all applicable delivery charges.

Transactions are calculated in the currency shown at the checkout page. New Zealand tax is included in the price of the product.

Free Shipping (New Zealand Only)

Free shipping on orders over $150 (including GST) applies to product purchases within New Zealand only and will be automatically applied at checkout. This offer can be used alongside other discount codes, provided the total value of your purchase remains over $150 (including GST). Gift cards are excluded from this promotion.

If you wish to return an item purchased with free shipping, the return shipping cost will be covered by the purchaser unless the item is deemed faulty. For exchanges due to change of mind or size, both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the new item will be the purchaser's responsibility.

Processing Time:

We aim to ship goods within 5 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends will be packed and dispatched the following week.

Gift Card purchases do not count towards Free Shipping thresholds. To receive Free Shipping, you must spend over the threshold for your country on physical products, excluding Gift Cards. To receive Free Shipping, you must be posting to an address within New Zealand and spend over NZ $150 on physical products, excluding Gift Cards.
